Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders, and only on shipments made to the 48 contiguous states. Other methods such as Standard and Expedited, are available on the shopping cart page at checkout, and the price is calculated based on weight and distance.

Shipping Times

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

Estimated shipping and delivery times will vary based on your location. After payment is approved and the shipment leaves our warehouse, your shipping confirmation email will contain a shipping tracking number you can use to monitor your order until it arrives at your door. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time an item is shipped to the time information is available for viewing on the carrier’s website. Your order will arrive anywhere between 1 and 7 business days based on the method of shipment and the shipping location.

Out of Stock Items

While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped

Not Getting Your Items?

When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you should consider the following:

  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
  • Ground delivery only occurs during business hours, Monday – Friday excluding holidays.

Returns and Refunds Policies

Returns Policy

Our simple returns policy means that you can shop with peace of mind at alightup.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund excluding the original cost of delivery. This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.

Please note this doesn’t apply to non-standard, customized or special order products.

How do I return goods?

Please contact us to inform us that would like to return the goods within seven working days of receiving the goods by email to cs@alightup.com and our service team will help you with your return.

Alightup is happy to arrange the collection of any return and the cost of this will be deducted from any refund due. Please email cs@alightup.com to arrange a collection for your return.

What happens with faulty or damaged items?

In the event that your order arrives in a faulty or damaged condition (including bespoke orders), please contact us within 48 hours or before sign off in the case of damaged lamp by email. We will ask you to email a photograph of the damage along with a brief description to be sent to cs@alightup.com. Please note that without the correct information and images we will be unable assess items for you.

Alightup is happy to arrange the collection of return of any damaged or faulty goods. Once we have received the return it will be inspected, and repair or replacement will be arranged at our expense.

Please note that returns will only be accepted in the original packaging in a saleable condition. When organizing a return, please send the item with care, using a trackable service to ensure that it reaches us without damage.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds will be processed within four working days of receipt of the item. You will be notified by email when this has been processed. Depending on the terms set by your bank, this will show in your account within 7–10 working days.

We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at ALightUp.com possible and to enhance your overall shopping and experience. We do not sell, trade, rent or loan your personal information to others, unless instructed by a court of law. So feel confident that your information will remain private! We will never distribute your personal information to other companies for use in mailing lists, surveys or any other purposes. We are extremely anti-SPAM and have no interest in furthering this problem.

At ALightUp, we understand your concerns about security and privacy. We protect the sensitive information you give us, such as credit card numbers, by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you share with us. This process makes it statistically much safer to shop with us than to use your card in a restaurant or store. This encryption applies to users viewing our site using up-to-date, modern browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or Chrome.

Unsubscribing From Our Email List

If you’ve joined our email list, you may unsubscribe of it at any time. Please email to us. Unsubscribe instructions are also included with each ALightUp email.

If you choose to unsubscribe from one of our email Lists, CAN-SPAM and CASL legislation stipulates that your address be removed within 10 business days. In most cases, ALiightUp will remove your address within 5 business days, and you will receive no further mailings from us. Please note that should you order from us in the future, you will receive order and shipping confirmations via email.
